What we do
Water Fitness has been leading Aquatic training in the UK for over 12 years and have in this time built a team of indivdual tutors with a large range of separate skill sets and fantastic at working the water within their own style. We are focusing on getting everyone in the water and getting people fit mobile and active without all the pressure of the studio.

During 2016 Water Fitness have also teamed up with the STA for endorsment for all of our concepts allowing us to offer very competitiive instructor insurance and a training portal for all water fitness instructors.

Try a session for yourself
Water Fitness provide a base level 2 certification in aquatic instruction for qualified instructors who have a pre-existing qualification in either level 2 Gym instruction, exercise to music or swimming instruction.
CPD Workshops & Masterclasses
We also provide the relevant CPD workshops or masterclasses that further the knowledge and understanding of aquatics and the styles and varieties of session styles and disciplines that can be delivered by certified instructors. The attendance of our CPD masterclasses and workshops is how all instructors must keep their own certification valid and in date.
One CPD updates or workshops must be attended by all instructors who hold a level 2 certification in Water Fitness aquatic instruction once every two years. We have numerous options to suit all types of learning for candidates. Online lecture and video breakdown masterclasses and workshops, live masterclasses, and workshops and a distance learning do in your own time version for certification update.
Hydro Fitness Solutions
Water Fitness are also partnered with Hydro Fitness Solutions for the provision of very high-quality aquatic fitness equipment. We supply Aquatic Fitness Bikes, Treadmills, Trampolines, and resistance bands from HYDRORIDER the industry leader in aquatic bike sales across the world due to its robust ergonomic design and ease to logistically set up and dress down classes.
We also produce and supply our own HYDROPOLE, HYDROFIGHTER punchbag and HYDROFIGHTER mitts which has seen a multi-installation success both nationally here in the UK an abroad in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Dubai.
REZ Equipment
Our most recent partnership comes in the form of a collaboration with a specialised plastics company in the Netherlands. They have designed and produced our REZ equipment that is hard wearing, bi-directional resistance drag equipment. Our REZ discs and REZ paddles have been a huge hit since their launch. They allow leisure facilities and instructors to maximise resistance of movements to provide a similar feeling to a pump, lift or kettlebell like resistance session, but in the water.
