It may have a focus style for example Latin or Bollywood, or if not specified the update will include how to build layered choreography and split up individual tracks of music for aquatic use. The description next to the date of the update will let you know if its style specific or not.
All Water Fitness CPD masterclasses and workshops excluding junior aqua and ante/post natal aquatics are covered by 1.5 CIMSPA CPD points.
Concept workshops are the in depth learning of the process of one certain discipline over a 3-5 hour period including 2 hours of practical learning. Whereas a CPD update is 3 hours only, and may include a number of styles and is mainly focused around the 2 hours practical learning.
Water Fitness Level 2 one day deep and shallow aqua instructor certification is 4 CIMSPA CPD points.
