Prerequisites Level 2 Water Fitness or Similar
HydroFighter can be taught in several different formats; using either no equipment, HydroFighter boxing mitts, or using the HydroFighter Boxing bag with or without mitts. The Workshop will cover the most relevant application for the participants in attendance depending on their access to equipment. Instructors will learn how to deliver a safe and effective kick, punch mixed martial arts style workout for aquatic application.
