Prerequisites Level 2 Water Fitness or Similar

Attending the workshop will allow you to teach safe and effective Hydrorider aqua cycling sessions, the set up and dress down of classes into any pool application, the visual checks you must do as an instructor to know all the equipment is safe to use.
You will understand how the properties of water physiologically effect the mechanical of pedalling and the benefits of underwater cycling. The differences between indoor studio cycling and underwater studio cycling and the variety of exercises and techniques that can be used for sessions in the pool.
